Physiotherapist services

  • Treatments for various medical conditions, including:
    • problems with the musculoskeletal system (scoliosis of different degrees and localization, hernias, degenerative spine disease)
    • CVDs (cardiac valve prolapse, hypertension, heart hurry, and vasomotor dyscrasia), varicose
    • problems with the digestive system (gastritis, problems with gallbladder, liver etc.)
  • Rehabilitation and recovery after elbows, shoulders and knees injuries.

Personal Trainer’s Services

  • Individual training sessions – a one-to-one workout with me in a gym agreed upon by you.
  • Effective weight training (Fitness machines, free weights, and other additional equipment) – All weights and types of exercises are selected individually for every client, and your personal goal is always considered: weight gain or loss, rehabilitation, or anything else.
  • Safe and effective warm-up – A warm-up before the training to prepare your ligaments, joints, and heart for the training session to ensure your health and work for the best results.
  • Cardiovascular Health – I will monitor your heart rate throughout the workout to ensure your body is always responding positively to the program.
  • Creating a meal plan – Together we will create a personalized nutrition plan (this is different from a diet) perfectly suited to get the results that you want, taking into consideration any lifestyle choices you may have.
  • Feedback – My WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other modes of communication are open to your questions at any time.
  • Advance registration – Please contact me in advance of when you would like to begin our training sessions, it helps me to organize my timetable around the most convenient times for you.
  • Preparing women for beauty contests of international and national levels, and for the entrance of modeling schools – I guarantee that your portfolio and physical characteristics will correspond with stated standards.
  • Preparing for Powerlifting contests – With drug testing, and in soft equipment – (i.e. slingshots)
