Anastasiia – one of the most striving clients of mine! She has reached an impressive result in back squats with 70 kg weight (can you imagine: her weight is 44 kg). Moreover, besides gym training, she performs her pole dance sessions several times a week. I am truly proud of such a strong desire to be the better version of herself. Thanks for your trust, Anastasiia, we had a very fruitful time on the gym floor.
Our initial goal of weight loss has been achieved. Now we can focus on adding muscle, this will build the figure she will need for a photoshoot this summer. It could be called “the body of my dreams” or the one I never imagined I could have (as everyone says in the first class). It is unreal!!! Ahah, I love it. That is the result we got after only six months of regular training, following my training programs and nutrition plan, and of course, the hard work and commitment of the guys themselves.
As usual, during the first 1.5 months, we were working on preparing and adapting the ligaments, muscles, and most importantly the heart for the following sessions of intensive training. An adorable and cheerful couple who knew what they wanted and when they wanted it, and that is it now!
I am delighted to say that they immediately agreed to the photoshoot and have something they can be proud to show their children, there is no better motivation than sharing a goal with your loved ones. So, go and work towards those goals, and your other half will absolutely appreciate and support you! I would like to wish good courage to those who still doubt their own confidence and abilities.
Sveta is a great person and an excellent role model for all women. She has always strictly followed my diets and attended training regularly. Consistency is the key to success. Sveta is another example of how a person can change their own body (and herself in general) beyond recognition in just six months.
We worked together in preparation for the All-Russian beauty contest – “Beauty of Russia”. And I congratulate you on the victory, and our common triumph!! Well done! Alina is a perfect example a woman wants something and will achieve her goal at any cost! I want to emphasize that we had been working for only four months with Alina! What a wonderful result!
Olga has made great efforts to achieve the desired figure. For six months, we had been working with her using a very heavy program, but she coped. And I am very proud of such customers, with such a huge willpower. We can observe a significant drop in kilograms in a very short time, and a beautiful “dry” body with a concomitant body relief.
Andrey and I have trained together for over 1 and half years, 3-4 times a week, and during this time he has missed perhaps only 15 training sessions. Taking into consideration the illness and other troubles. He is always in a good mood and has a creative impulse, he just did everything that the trainer asked of him with 100% effort, completely trusting me. Some sports nutrition accompanied our training, like I say, food is the basis of everything! A trainer can plan the diet and the training process correctly and confidently.
49 kg is defiantly a visible result. Moreover, it should be added that Sasha has significantly improved his lung function, as well as cardiovascular health and function, and the strength of his joints and spinal column. All this is the result of a correctly selected nutrition plan and highly developed training techniques. It was a tremendous job, but together we perfectly coped with it.
+25 kg for 1 1/2 years – this is a lot, and I am not yet talking about his strength, which in some exercises increased by three times! Kostya always scrupulously followed the nutrition plan I developed, which eventually became the basis of our success and the final result. Our training was quite unusual, as for standard training programs like “chest-biceps”, and “back-triceps”. Firstly, it looked extraordinary and unique, but a weighing-machine is a very stubborn thing, which always showed effectiveness. I cannot help noticing how wildly Kostya increased his strength, improving barbell frontal squats by about 20-25 times, have already become quite simple in strength. I am happy for you!
Lyosha is a great young man and one of my most undemanding clients, he always comes with a wild sense of optimism and a smile on his face.
